Made my puppy sick

I’m so upset. My dog hates this, like she would get near it and jump when I put her on it. I tried to return it but was enviro keep trying. I tried for a little bit longer and finally decided it wasn’t worth it and asked for a refund. I wound up accepting $15 back instead of a full refund because they kept arguing with me via email that it made no sense to return it that they just would give me a very partial refund and that I could keep the product. Now I wish I hadn’t because I put two and two together finally today. My puppy has been vomiting since she got this pee pad. I didn’t make a correlation until I took it away and the vomiting stopped. Even then, I assumed it was something else we’ve been to the vet. We’ve changed her food. She’s been on medication and I got the vomiting to stop. This morning I took the pee pad out again because the others were in the wash, she stepped onto it and vomited. There’s something in this path that’s making her sick and it’s cost me over $400 in vet visits to figure it out. I’ve gotten $15 back and I’d like to get the rest of it back at minimum considering what it’s cost me. I’m feeling so awful that I brought something into my house to make my life easier and it made my puppy sick. Update: Now I’m being harassed. I have been contacted directed. Forever it’d I don’t “believe” it made her sick. It made her sick and I resent your phrasing, I’m not pursuing this any further so calm down. If you’d have just honored your refund policy without arguing I’d never have given you a review. This whole process has been ridiculous.Stop emailing me. Leave me alone.
