Jonnel was very helpful in resolving my problem!

The materials I ordered arrived quickly, however I found that they weren't what I was looking for after all. So I returned them, but didn't notice until recently in the email that I needed to send the tracking numbers. I contacted your Customer Support Team today and chatted with Justine, who was very helpful and courteous. He took the tracking numbers, found that the materials had been returned to your warehouse, and arranged for my refund. The experience was very satisfactory.

Awesome customer service!

I would give zero if I could. The books themselves are fine but the company is a fraud. They offered many different social media creators including myself a $250 payment to promote their books and then disappeared or offered less then half that pay AFTER the content was made. Myself and another creator have already posted this on social media. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau by the end of the week. Disgusting people runs this company.

I love the books that I order, they have been so helpful to talk to my children about Social Emotional situations, and how to better help them understand their feelings.

Efficient and helpful

Thank you for helping me with my tax-free transaction. Your response to my needs was quick and easy.

This company communicates efficiently with any issues or concerns brought to their attention. As a customer and most importantly a parent, reading to our kids at a young age is vital for any individual’s core. Their books are wonderful to help build emotional intelligence to our next future generation. x.MM
