We love our dog but you need to do a better job of vetting your breeders. She was sick when we got her. There was a Heath guarantee but we had no way to fight it. Just puppies needs a way as a neutral party to get involved. Kinda like Amazon’s a-z guarantee. She also isn’t purebred like we were told. We never got papers. I’m my opinion I should have been able to download any papers on her from this website after purchase. That would be the best way to make sure you are using reputable breeders. Hopefully going forward your company will instill protections for your customers and not just a platform for and breeders (including backyard breeders) to take advantage of both dogs and people

Plateform was really easy to work with and made finding our dream puppy. We met Jill who had him and she was amazing as well. We love Indy so much. He was a great addition toour family :)

The people was kind and professional. They had all paperwork and even offered pads to protect my car.

We wanted a Boston Terrier puppy. We found a couple of breeders and found a photo of our puppy and emailed the breeder. They responded and we put a down payment on the puppy. The breeder sent us videos of the new puppy from month after it was born to just before we went to pick her up. It was a great experience and we paid the final price when we picked her up. The breeder provided all her registration paper work, medical records of shots, some food that he raised the puppy on, a leash and harness for her and a blanket. We couldn't be happier with puppy.com to help us find our new puppy and the great breeder.

We found our puppy off of puppies.com I was skeptical at first but we met up with our breeder who was super friendly and let us know everything about our little guy before we got his and he was a good price I wouldn’t change my decision for the world love our little guy to bits thank you!!!

Things that was told my dog has was not true an issues with her reproductive system alot of issues with the dog breeders misinformed me hooded vagina an not a docked tail alot of health issues

The breeders were very great with communicating they made the experience very easy
