Pop up ads and customer service
Pop up ads make it very difficult to respond to messages. They are placed on the line where you type making it impossible to see what you are typing. I messaged customer service about this issue and never got a response. For a paying customer I feel this is ridiculous. I should be able to have an ad free experience. Customer service is terrible.

All is wonderful
All is wonderful, but I am paying for your premium and have not received inquiries this last litter. My first 2 litters did well on your site, but nothing this litter. Wondering if paying premium has changed. Thank you for your reply. I have been very happy with your site and the homes my puppies have found through the site.

It can be frustrating when you don't see the expected results, especially if you've had success in the past. There are a lot of factors that can go into why someone chooses to reach out or not. The type of membership you choose does not affect how your listings are posted. Standard memberships have a specific ending date and are either 30 or 90 days. Premium memberships are recurring billing memberships that bill on the same day every month until you cancel. The site was easy to use and you could…
The site was easy to use and you could be specific in the breed, age, price and location. I also liked that you could see profiles of the breeder and see other puppies for sale by the same owner. My only problem was every so often (because I searched intermittently over the course of a month) the site would freeze. I will probably be looking for a companion puppy next year and will either check with the same breeder or use this site again. I think I used this site 12 years ago when we found our third Aussie. I just suggested you to someone wanting to sell puppies. She is going to check out your site.

Not a bad site.
I gave it a 1 star because I only sold to 1 person using this site. But I have had dozens of scammers contacting me. Which is frustrating. So now my ads just say call if you are seriously interested. Scammers will not call.
