Very quick for refunds but this site is definitely not easy to navigate. I can't read messages buyer's send so that makes it really hard to respond. I don't like the way its hard to add pictures and update your listing. Pictures are not displayed good. Only able to view a small amount of the picture and I don't like that I can't speak to someone who can resolve my problem. I sure did like puppyfind much better

Fantastic site,great service
I've bought 2 puppies on Puppies.com myself and had very smooth transactions on both. Both were healthy and cared for. Both breeders were awesome. I used Puppies. com to sell several litters of my own. I ve had no problems with using the site at all. I had 2 obvious scammers that tried to "buy" thru scam messages and the site shut them down immediately after I reported it. Great service
