Dawn was awesome she was very…
Dawn was awesome she was very informative and very knowledgeable of the breed. She shared lots of pics. Plus photos of mom and dad. She made the transaction of funds and people feel really secure. I will refer everyone I know interested in puppies I know. Puppies.com comforts shoppers fears of scams. This was the best experience. Thank you for making me the happiest puppy mom ever Dawn your customer service is awesome.

Their customer service SUCKS
Their customer service SUCKS! I have had nonstop issues with them, and it is always something, but when you tell them of an issue you are having with the site, they just parrot back the information and do nothing to actually fix it. If you have something listed, it randomly deletes things from the listing (pictures, words etc). They have enough subscribers so they are definitely making enough money to get the bugs fixed, they just don't seem to give a crap. Also, as a seller on their site, there was more scammers contacting me than actual real people interested in dogs, which was horrible. Also, they have sooooo many scam profiles on there "selling" dogs which are just copy and pasted from legit breeders profiles. I would not recommend this site to anyone.

Puppies.com Employee told me to send money to scammer
I was nearly scammed by a user on Puppies.com. I sent in 2 reports over the span of a month with multiple pictures of proof of the scammer using stolen/fake photos and no action was taken. I wrote a review of my experience of the seller but was knocked down by a Puppies.com employee who told me I had to send money/ deposit to the scammer to write a review. That is the most shady business I have seen in a while. Beware!

King James - My Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
The breeder I purchased my new puppy from does an outstanding job breeding the Cavalier King Charles Spaniels! The dog I got from her is the most amazing little puppy I have ever met. I have had small dogs in my life my whole life and I am 47 now. This pup is head and shoulders above all the rest. He is so intelligent, empathetic, well behaved and easy to train. His blood line is obviously superior in every way! If you are looking for a Cavalier puppy look nowhere else. Buy a puppy from Ms. Spring!
