Bella is doing better, thanks to you! She still scratches a little. Her hair is growing back. But her skin is very dry. I'm also putting salmon oil on her food and the belly bliss. Bella don't shake her head anymore. How can I keep her from licking her legs. She licks so much that she licks her hair off on her back legs . She likes the taste of the anti-itch spray. So it's taking longer for her hair to grow back on her back legs. I tell her no,don't lick. She'll quit for a little while, but when I'm not looking, she'll start licking and scratching. When she sleeps she don't do either one. She's sleeping better though. She's very active and I have totally spoiled her. She sleeps with me, even though she has 2 other beds. One is her night bed, and the other is a day bed. Then my bed, which is where she wants to sleep. She has to be touching me. She'll lay her face on mine, and sometimes she'll put her whole body across me. I want to send you my warmest Thank you! Bella is very happy 😊. I'm so thankful I listened to the Doctor on Facebook. Yall have made my Bella and me very happy and Blessed. God Bless to all that made this possible. I wrote another message similar to this one on another puplabs message to me that I got, asking me how things were going. Talk to you again later when Bella is 100% over her scratching and licking. I spoke to a representative for Pup Labs on Saturday, October 25th. Her name was Dwanya. I was quite upset and she was very compassionate and totally calmed me down. She is a true asset to your company.

Due to the advertising, I took the bait in an effort to help my limping puppy. I was excited when there was a protocol review to help with the application process. The review totally contradicted the advertisement which prompted me to purchase the product. It turns out that my pups problem required ADDITIONAL products in order to be off optimal benefit. I needed to know that PRIOR to purchasing the advertised product. I feel manipulated. I think transparency is necessary in the company's pitch to get consumers to order. It should be cited in the advertisement that the product may or may not need additional products to be effective. I feel frustrated and taken advantage of.
