I regret order this dental powder from publabs! I order lowest price of 35.40 to try for 7 pounds yorkie and not working for my dog she won't eat her food with the powder mixed in So it's Okey I didn't return it no problem it's only $35.40 they can keep the money. BUT I DIDN'T KNOW THEY MAILED ME CHARGE ME ALREADY FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS EVERY WEEK I DIDN'T REQUEST THAT!IM SO MAD! THEY VERY SNEAKY FOR CHARGING YOU EXTRA SO I CALLED THEM ABOUT IT TALK TO CARLOS LOPES RETURN DEPTPARMENT GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS UNOPEN PACKAGE.I DID THAT!I HAD PAY MY OWN MONEY OF $10 AND IF I MAIL IT PRIOTY COST ME $69THEY DO NOT REIMBURSE YOUR SHIPPING IM STILL FOR REFUND AS NOW SEPT 12 NOW I MAIL AUG 21 BE THERE AUG31 HAVEN'T HEARD FROM THEM YET!

Buyer Beware about Not getting a Full Refund on products that you return to puplabs.com! I purchased a 3 bottle bundle set of Allergy Spray and one other product from puplabs.com. The website states that they will give a full refund for any of their products. You will Not get a Full Refund because the allergy spray that I ordered from them did nothing for my pet so I requested a full refund and I was told to only return unopended, unusedspray bottles so zi did. After waiting 1 month after paying $30 to return the product I had to call them to get the return started to find out that they would only refund me for 2 of the 3 bottles that I purchased from them because they said they Only Refund For Unused Products. How is a customer supposed to know if the product works for them or not if they do not use it? And how are is a customer to get refunded on a product that does not work for them if the company does not refund them on used products? You really should clarify that on your website so that your customers 100% understand what they're getting into before they place an order. That to me as a customer who trusted what the company told me about their full refund policy on their website is very misleading lie.

Absolutely horrible sales process. They force you to watch several minutes of marketing video After they take your credit card info and when their 3rd video convinces you to upgrade to a 3 pack bundle, they charge you a 2nd time. Upgrading to a 3 pack bundle from an Initial 1 pack order is different than adding a 3 pack bundle to a single bag already ordered. If your product is as good as you claim it is, you should not have to mislead and lie to people. When you call their customer support, they try to get you to keep the extra order, then they offer you 30% refund, then 50%. LISTEN to your customer......

My dogs would not eat their food with the dental powder mixed in. I requested a refund and followed their instructions on return of product. Photos, USPS tracking info etc. (FYI They will only refund $ on unopened packages.) Followed up with emails and still no refund. Filed a dispute with my CC company now. Do NOT do business with this company!

I barely started my dogs K9 dog belly bliss, so I can’t really tell you how it helped my dogs because I barely just started. I have three generation dogs, grandma son and grandson. Grandson is five years old. He wasn’t feeling good cause I know how my dogs act when they’re not feeling good. It would throw up, but then he was pooping blood, but it wasn’t poop. It was like he was peeing blood out of his butt. I took him to the ER vet about an hour away from us. He stay the night they got him on IV and give him medication. I picked them up the next day and was giving him medication. It scared the hell out of me because I thought I was gonna lose the baby grandma was sick about four months prior to her grandson being sick and I end up taking her to the same veterinarian hospital they gave her medication. I gave her medication also when I got her home and I know both dogs had something going on with their inside so that is why when I saw the ad for this treatment to see if it would help my dogs. I said well I’ll buy it and hopefully this will help so that they don’t get sick and this helps their inside to get stronger and help them so they won’t get sick. I’ve always had dogs and other animals but my dogs are not just my dogs. They’re my babies and they’re my friends and I don’t want anything to happen to them so I’m hoping this works for my dogs. I will give it like three to a month to see how it works. I did order some more stuff for their teeth since little dogs always had trouble with their teeth and their gums, and two of my dogs have already had their teeth cleaned, except for the baby. So knock on word that this really helps my four legged family.

I purchased the anti itch spray for dogs.It had no effect on my Rottie. After complaining to the company I received emails from them at 3:15 AM on a Sunday and Labor Day. They are located in my time zone. No reputable company sends emails at 3:15 am and on Labor Day.Please check the web site and look up the accreditation they supposedly have. Words are misspelled and the content isn’t written correctly. The accreditation company was formed two years ago and there are no veterinarian members. The spoke person (veterinarian) is a paid employee. The product isn’t FDA approved. Please do your reach before purchasing this product. I wish I had done my research prior to my purchase. They take advantage of people searching for a product that will give some relief to their love pets. This is wrong.

I was a skeptic at first but bought the Bellie Bliss, the Dental powder etc. we are on week 14 and I noticed a change in Tucker's teeth! Breath is still a bit "Doggie" but not bad and better than before. He is eating Farmers Dog food so no more scorched kibble and he has all sorts of healthy treats. Definitely better poops and more energy.

I have a 9 year old chock lab his joints hurt I'm on 2 mouth of putting Freedom joint drops on his food. and it seems a waist of time not helping at all
