Cataract surgery went very well and pup is doing great. Knowing it was preapproved made it much less stressful. In the past, claims were processed swiftly. Payments are typically received within 1 week of processing. However, I switched to direct deposit and within minutes of submitting my preapproved invoice, money was in my account. So far, pleased with the process and would recommend Pumpkin.

I requested a quote in regards to how much of the cost of my dog's procedure would be covered. The quote was provided promptly and was very clear as to what would be covered. When the procedure was completed I submitted my claim and the payment was in my account the next day. I was expecting to have to wait at least a few days do I was very pleasantly surprised.

I have only been with Pumpkin for a year, and my experience so far has been good. When my dog started experiencing an allergic reaction to something, I submitted updated SOAP’s from the vet with paid invoices and within days the claims were reviewed. I ended up meeting my deductible and still needed ongoing vet care and Pumpkin processed my refunds straight into my bank account within a day. I have decided to renew again this year and hope the good experience continues.
