Pure relief when you just spent hours and good money on an emergency visit. It gave us such peace of mind knowing we didn’t have to say no to treating our dog at the vet

Pumpkin always pays so quickly that I am amazed. I got reimbursement in about an hour thus last time which was crazy good. Also I like that you cover so many things that my previous insurance didn’t like prescription food and medicine without a low limit. I refer everybody who has animals to Pumpkin because I’ve been so pleased even though you didn’t cover a $3000 dental bill for one of my cats. Otherwise, I am very pleased with Pumpkin.

Customer service is very helpful on answering questions as I was having difficulty attaching a copy of my invoice in the E-mail I had sent. They totally fixed my problem & made it very simple for me.

Pumpkin insurance paid some for my dog’s issue and I was pleased with their payment. However, I felt it took too long to process claim bit once I called them, they paid their portion. It is worth having pet insurance to help with costs of medical care.
