I wasn't sure what I was expecting. Probably the same bs that other insurance companies do to you when you file a pet claim. However, this was not the case. I filed a claim and within 25 minutes they had paid out exactly what I was paying them to do. My full reimbursement amount minus the deductible was paid within minutes without the back and forth. I uploaded the vet documents, wrote up what happened, and let it do its thing. Got my refund into my bank account. Fastest and most amount I've ever gotten back percentage wise from any of the other pet insurance companies. I would 100% recommend them to everyone going forward with how easy the process was to receiving the money.
