Pumpkin dealt with our claims expeditiously and covered 90 % of veterinary bills as per their contract agreement. We are happy with their services!

The whole process was easy and surprisingly quick. I transferred the invoices from my email directly into the claims form and sent. Within 7 days I had my results and within 14 the reimbursement check. The customer service member I talk with during my process was nice and caring. Always referred to my pet by name. To say wow is an understatement. I have told everyone I can about Pumpkin and I highly recommend them. I believe this has been one of best decisions for my pets.
