I have spoken to many staff members in connecting with them assisting me thru the process of filing a claim and understanding the coverage of my insurance plan. The staff are very thorough and supportive for I feel they make every attempt to be transparent about what is covered and the time frame in getting reimburse for services. I also see how respectful and compassionate their dialogue is when discussing our pets which is a added quality in my communication with Pumkin.

I have Pumpkin pet insurance for all 3 of my cats and have been very satisfied with it. I can give them the care they need because of this plan.

My claim was quickly addressed, the check immediately followed. The process is so much easier

After talking to the nice representative, she sent the form to fill out and how to send it in with the Vet bill. The company let me know they received my form and processed it. I have not reached the deductible yet which I think is little high.
