I am so grateful for Pumpkin. We had a horrible scare and surgery with our blessed pup, thank goodness Pumpkin was true to their word and policy and did not add more stress to an already sad situation.

Other than having to go back and forth on the first claim full medical history for our dog, I have no complaints about Pumpkin insurance. They paid out a hefty claim which was greatly needed.

Pumpkin handles claims quickly and efficiently, and when I've had to call for information the customer service representatives have always been friendly and informative. They even sent an email out to check on my cat during the California wildfires. They are everything I look for in a pet insurance company.

After reviewing several companies and working in corporate America, I was impressed with the depth of knowledge, politeness and ability to have a conversation without being overly sales oriented. I was able to select a policy that met my needs both financially and also practically. I already submitted two claims and were paid on both. The first claim took 4 weeks as we were new in the system, but the second claim was paid on day 3, after my doctor vet visit. They are a pleasure to work with and honest.
