I recently went through a very scary time with my dog. I thought I was going to lose her. It was so nice to not have the stress of how to pay for all the vet visits added to the stress and worry of trying to figure out what was going on with her.

Pumpkins web page is easy to navigate. The break down of what is paid out is very clear.

This was my first claim I’ve had to submit and it’s something I don’t want to do because I love my pup and don’t want anything bad to happen to her! That being said, I am so happy to have this insurance. The claim process was simple and it was a quick turnaround. Everyone I dealt with was fantastic! Would recommend pumpkin to anyone with a pet. I wasn’t sure if I needed pet insurance as paying monthly was just something I thought i was wasting money on, but after I get my emergency vet bill I was more than happy that i had this insurance. The process to submit the claim is pretty smooth and quick. The customer service is quick in responding too and nice.
