Easy to submit claims- not too long of a turnaround for reimbursement for follow up appointments

Our Maltese was very sick and had iv fluids and tests to find out what was wrong during a week long time. They paid us in a reasonable time.

Very pleased with my first claim from Pumpkin. My cat was not eating and vomiting for a few days, and I was concerned that he had gotten into something and maybe had blockage. I was able to take him to urgent care and get the tests needed without breaking the bank. The claim process was easy and I was reimbursed quickly. Highly recommend!
