I had an incredible experience with Pumpkin Pet Insurance. We’ve been with them for over a year now, and we’re nothing but raving fans! They’re truly amazing. I highly recommend them!

My dog recently had two visits to the local emergency vet. The second bill was nearly 4 times the amount of the first bill due to the need for more extensive testing. Pumpkin automatically expedited the payment of the more expensive bill and money was deposited in my bank account the next day. The smaller bill took longer to process but was still made within a reasonable amount of time. Pumpkin expedites more expensive invoices (don't know the parameters) to relieve the financial burden on the owner. I wish my human health insurance was this good with claim reimbursement.

As for applying for Pumpkin insurance, the processing went very well.

I am new to Pumpkin and just got my first puppy recently and was very pleased with how seamless Pumpkin's payment was. I took my puppy to the vet, uploaded the invoice online and was paid very quickly and without any questions or hassle.

Haven’t had to submit a claim, yet, But acquiring the insurance was painless and easy to do.

It is my first time getting pet insurance. This company did so much for me and helped me through it. I have a new member that I took in. We bonded since the first day we met. I have a black cat named Baby-girl. She is amazing. I will spoil her cause the guy that gave her to me was being evicted. So I want to give her everything he hasn't or wouldn't do for her.
