We’ve had pumpkin for several years now. The couple times we had to file claims, the claim was processed in less than an hour, and we were reimbursed the next day! We haven’t had any issue in filing claims either. It’s such a simple process. We love pumpkin.

It is so nice to finally be able to honestly say something nice about a business! I've had pumpkin for a few years on my two kitties but have just paid out of pocket for vet expenses. Well, my kitties are getting old as am I (just retired). Kitties had some issues, so i used it. At first, I couldn't make sense of the accounting. Why hadn't i met my deductible? I called them up & they patiently explained to me that we'd just rolled over into a new policy year so deductibles started afresh. My visits (and vet payments) were split between two policy years. Eventually, I did run through the deductible on one of my kitties with idiopathic hypercalcemia requiring multiple visits to evaluate a succession of therapies and get lab values. Pumpkin did precisely what it was supposed to do. They paid precisely what they should have paid. And once the claim was approved, funds were in my checking account within 2 days. Easy peasy. Hopefully, they won't raise my rates or cancel me for using the insurance!!
