Everything is great, really! The only problem is that every time the rate goes up I get another step toward just not being able to afford it.

Pumpkin does a great job of processing claims quickly and efficiently. The only criticism I have is their premiums are high.

I have had a good experience with Pumpkin Pet Insurance. I have two dogs; one has been having some health issues, and Pumpkin has been very consistent with approvals and reimbursements. I wouldn't recommend the wellness plan or routine annual checkup because their coverage is limited. I pay much more than they cover. I believe a third company offers the wellness plan through Pumpkin.
