The company had made an error and paid me for a claim that I should not have been paid for. They informed me but informed me they would not seek reimbursement. They have been extremely honest. Claims are processed very quickly and they are very efficient.

I've been with Pumpkin for five years and getting this insurance for my senior cat was the best decision I ever made. Well, except for adopting my cat. I've never had a problem with getting reimbursed for any invoice. Whether it's a couple of hundred dollars or thousands. I put in three claims a couple of weeks ago after my cat needed bloodwork and x-rays at her regular vet. I then needed to bring her to the emergency hospital later the same morning for an ultrasound and echocardiogram and that visit was close to a couple thousand dollars. Then there was a claim for a couple hundred dollars for her regular medication. I was amazed that Pumpkin expedited the emergency hospital invoice and I was paid in under 10 minutes. I am truly grateful that Pumpkin allows me to be able to give my now 19 year old cat the best care.
