My first call to Pumpkin Pet Insurance provided an outline as to what I needed to put together before opening my two claims. Once I completed the packet, I went online and submitted the first (receipt) claim. Within minutes, the claim was approved. The second took a little longer, but once I called, the representative was very professional and courteous. My receipt was not a final invoice. Corrected that and was quickly approved. I’m pleased with the service.
