I had only submitted one claim online in the past and it went well. Later on I tried submitting 2 more claims, and for what ever reason the photos of the invoices would not upload. I call Pumpkin customer support and the representative I spoke with was amazing. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in helping me circumvent the problem I was having. She made a stressful problem quickly go away.

I have never had pet insurance before, I was on the fence about purchasing a plan but I am glad I did. So far it has been fair, the adjusters have communicated what is expected of me. I would suggest others purchasing an insurance plan because what I really liked was the customization of the annual limit, the deductible and also the co-pay percentage. That is really exceptional.. and what sold me on the plan!
