We just signed up and have not filed any claims but expect a positive experience going forward.

I would have given a 5 but I had to work extra on my side to get my claim correctly processed. It was denied incorrectly but when I contacted customer support I was pleased with the results. My claim was reopened and paid.

Since I have just received the policy and haven’t reached my deductible, it’s hard to give any type of input.

I wished you had more info on honest comparisons between you and other insurance companies.

I did not have the opportunity to use the insurance. I had to return the pet; however, everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The policy seemed very useful.

I haven't used this insurance yet, but so far, it has been pleasant and professional to obtain the insurance.
