I submitted a claim for Lexie's 2 year checkup. The claim was processed the same day and I then I received my check shortly after. I've never had to wait to speak with a representative and they have always been knowledgeable. Very refreshing!!

Excellent phone skills

Peanut was recently diagnosed with gallstones and I have had nothing but excellent customer service. Submitting claims and reimbursement has been a braze and I was able to also get preapproval for her surgery. This has been my experience and I hope that you experience the same thing that I am.

Extremely efficient. I had submitted for pre approval an estimate for dental cleaning. Then when the cleaning was done and she was under anesthetic they found large tumor which was also removed. When I submitted the final bill with the extra charge, it was so great that you didn’t argue about the tumor removal. Pumpkin actually recorded, approved, and reimbursed me within an hour of submission of claim. Was amazing and impressive. I had used pumpkin for a claim maybe 4 yrs ago and I don’t know if Pumpkin has become more efficient or since I had also switched vets, my new vets office provides better invoices but this time was a 10 star experience. Springer sustained a spinal injury. Had to make three visits to the neurologist for a consult, MRI/CT, and back surgery. Total cost out of pocket was over $9k. We were reimbursed almost immediately from pumpkin for a total of $7200. I was amazed by the speed of the approval. The insurance piece of mind was worth its weight in gold.
