It was ok, a bit upsetting because I had issues logging in on computer. I had to use my phone after I received a code number from the assistant.

Everything has been good but always room for improvement.

Pumpkin paid my claim fast using the wellness Preventive Essentials coverage.

As a first time buyer of pet insurance, I appreciated the explanations regarding coverage options. I am not sure I understand everything but I take comfort in knowing that I have some insurance.

Once I learned how to submit the the claims it was very easy. Pumpkin was quick to respond and also paid out quickly.

Very friendly service and in a reasonable time to pay out claims.

Very polite and helpful, but was disappointed that i was told that microchipping was covered, only to find out after I had it done that it was not part of the wellness package, but part of the illness/injury insurance. That would have been ok, but i had it done within the 14-day waiting period. Had i been told to wait on the microchip, I would have. Now I’m not of pocket for the expense of getting it done and none of the cost goes against my deductible. She said she will get back to me after talking with a supervisor. Hopefully I can get some compensation.

The coverage is high but I still choose to enroll my pet since it’s my pet veterinarian recommended it
