If I could give 10 stars I would! I think this is the best customer service I have ever received from any company I’ve ever dealt with. After my initial contact with customer service via email they was prompt,friendly and fast shipping. My unit needed replaced under warranty. They sent me a new device plus way more for my troubles. I am a life long customer from now on. They upgraded my device and I love it. Thank you pulsar!

When I received a vape that didn’t work, customer service was kind and eager to assist in making it right. We live in a world of unknowns and non perfection. Beware Their products stopped working and then Monica will not honor the warranty or return policy of 30 days from receipt she does not even know her own company's policy on her website stay away some of the worst customer service ever received
