Phenomenal level of customer service received by Monica. She resolved some technical shipping issues from my side, with great care. I see why Pulsar is so highly rated and recommended. Looking fwd to becoming a long term customer

I was looking for a slide/bowl for my bong that Pulsar doesn't sell separately. Their support team respected how much I REALLY loved the bowl that came with it, found one in their warehouse, and sent it to me free, plus a few extra slides to try. Monica in support was great. She didn't have to go above and beyond, but she did! A business that takes care of its customers will always keep them coming back. I'll be sticking with Pulsar for all my sesh-related needs 😎

I have been purchasing from Pulsar for several years. Their products are great and the quality is unsurpassed. The customer service is second to none. Always helpful, knowledgeable and Monica has always gone the extra mile to get me what I needed. It's one of the few companies that it's a pleasure to do business with.

Customer service is very responsive with return emails. There may be a slight lag with return emails due to their busy nature, but always within a short, reasonable time. Very easy to work with and caring, they want to get it right. I'm a repeat Pulsar customer and I enjoy their products and doing business with them. I highly recommend!
