Great products and service

I had a warranty issue with the Pulsar Dabtron. I submitted the info and within 2 days they accepted the claim. I received my Dabtron yesterday along with a couple bonus items which I was not expecting. To me this is great customer service!!! All this took a total of 8 days from the time I sent in the claim info till the time I got the Dabtron in the mail.

I am absolutely astonished by this company's customer service!! I sent a return request for my 510 vape and they sent me a new vape with attachments and 3 extra attachments!! I will continue to use this company and have never had customer service this good!!
