The car arrived early and in perfect condiciones. They answer every question at any given time vía phone and email. Althought we never recieve a call before the Date change and that could've cause of us not being able to pick it up. However recieve a communication hours before pick up. Other than that very good communication and service.

Puerto Rico Car Transport made the whole process a breeze. Being a “first timer” shipping a car, I was really apprehensive about everything (and super stressed out); but, PRCT went above and beyond, to make me feel calm and confident - that they would take care of things. They always answered questions without delay and they always had a great rapport with me all throughout. My vehicle arrived at the destination on time and in perfect condition. Job well done! I highly recommend Puerto Rico Car Transport for your shipping needs. Thank you all for all your help, assistance and support!

Company did outstanding work keeping me informed of the requirements for transporting my vehicle from Puerto Rico to Jacksonville. Once my vehicle arrived, they informed me that it was ready for pickup one day earlier than expected.
