Bought 2 of these for my Wife and I. We are in our 60s. Delivery was on schedule. They were packaged very well and arrived with packaging in good condition. Assembly was straight forward. These bikes are of good quality and built sturdy. I have mostly been using mine to ride of road My wife is still getting a feel for hers as she feels it's a bit big for her. All said, I would say we are very happy with our purchase.

This is our first experience owning an electric bike and we couldn't be more pleased with our purchase. The bike was purchased for our son. Shipping was quicker than we expected and everything arrived packaged well and without any damage. Assembly was easy with the provided instructions. Once we got all the accessories on, it was time for the maiden voyage! Our son was very impressed with how quick the bike responded to use of throttle and the pedal assist makes biking pure enjoyment. Everywhere we go, people stop and ask us about the bike. They are shocked when they find out that it is electric as it doesn't have the common ebike look. It is stylish and the different options of colors make it a great way to personalize to your likes. We have been very pleased with the range of the battery. After sales service has been very interested in how we are doing with the bike and ensure we are happy and don't have any issues or complaints. We would highly recommend their bikes for those starting out with ebikes. Great price and product for entry level. Looking forward to many miles of exploring on this bike!

My whole experience was amazing. Shipping was much faster than expected item arrived no damages to box or bicycle in box. The delivery company also helped me carry the box up the hill. It was very simple to assemble the bicycle. I absolutely love riding this bike. It is quiet, faster than expected, and the batter life lasts a very long time. I wish I would have gotten this bike sooner.
