As a dog lover, I fell in love with the name first :). After much search for the perfect bike, since it's a huge investment, my husband and I decided to purchase two Labrador Puckipuppy e-bikes, and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. From start to finish, the experience has been absolutely stellar. First off, the customer support deserves a round of applause. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to find this level of attentiveness these days, and they really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable. We ordered the bikes during the holiday season and I was ready for delays and issues - but got them on time, along with a ton of accessories that were added as a gift, including great helmets, phone holders, cup holders, baskets, bags and all the bells and whistles. Didn't have to look for anything else. The bikes: Absolutely GORGEOUS. I took the orange one and hubby got the steel grey. It’s not just a functional ride; it truly is a showstopper. People stop and comment on how sleek and beautiful it looks. The extra accessories we received were the cherry on top—they weren’t just thoughtful, but practical too, adding to the overall convenience and joy of riding. Riding this e-bike is pure bliss. Santa Claus brought me a new puppy for Christmas and I love it. The Corgi PUCKIPUPPY bike is so well designed, it's amazing. I live in the mountains and this bike has more than enough power to climb any hill or hills for miles. All the controls are at your finger tips. The brakes are the best for stopping. I like sitting up on a bike like I used to have when I was a kid, teenager. It has the design of a BMX bike frame on steroids. I'm 66 and this bike brings back my youth. I have had contact with customer service about the handle bars, missing some paint on one area and they are sending me new ones. That is great customer service. I can't think you enough PUCKIPUPPY for this great product. I give this company a 6 star rating.

I recently purchased the PuckiPuppy Husky Trike and I'm pleased with the results. It's a game-changer for my ability to get around with more independence and comfort. It has a low step through frame, making it easy to get on and off without straining. I have limited flexibility, so this design is a plus. Even on bumpy gravel or inclines, I can ride without feeling uneasy. Just slow down for the turns! For me, this trike was a good choice. It’s a way for me to stay active, be outdoors, and maintain some independence in day-to-day life. Highly recommend!

Ordered the Corgi for my son who is just 5' in height. He can get on good, ride great, getting off is alittle tricky but he's getting used to it. Was very nervous buying an e bike online he couldn't try out. It workout perfect. Buying online was easy. Shipping was accurate and received notifications as expected. The bike comes partially assembled. I recommend to watch a video online. I did a search for one. If you are not handy or have mechanical know how. Call around to some bike shops, you could probably pay them for assembly. There wasn't any directions for the accessories, but I was able to figure them out. The bike is solid, well built, and fast.

The Bike is great. Quality build . Pretty easy to assemble . Good instructions .Customer service is great . They have already contacted me to see how things are going . The Bike rides great . Does everything well an is lots of fun . We have of these and really enjoy them .

We just ordered 3 bikes all due to our experience with a friends bike. We love camping and trail riding and his bike was amazing on the trails. We are in our 60's and love that there are so many options for riding. The big plus for me is the ease of getting on, love the step though. When I placed my order customer service was there to help me with any questions. Super Excited and Happy customer

I bought a Labrador ebike from puckipuppy that is well built and fun to ride. I am pleasantly surprised by the power from the lithium battery- motor combo for riding up hill. At 81 years old this ebike is my only way to enjoy long rides on our rural roads. The hydraulic brakes are especially important for me to make safe, controlled stops. I like the overall design and workmanship employed to build this ebike system.
