PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

I am so excited for my purchase of the Boxer!! First of all, the ordering process was very easy and delivery of my bike from order to delivery was about a week! I thought that was very quick turnaround! The bike came in a very durable box and the assembly was pretty quick. I love how the bike handles and is a very comfortable ride. One thing that makes it so comfortable is the seat!! Live the little oversized seat, not your typical bike seat!! I would highly recommend a Puckipuppy Boxer!!

I ordered the puckipuppy boxer and love the bike! Assembly was fairly simple and there Customer service is great. I have had the chance to ride the bike in different areas and it handles really well on multiple terrains, just as advertised. Thank you for the awesome bike Puckipuppy!

Great bikes. Packaged and shipped very well. Assembly is easy and tools are provided. Fun to ride. I use mine for commuting and recreation on trails and paths. I’m 5’10 240 lbs and bike accommodates me with no issues.

Received my puckipuppy for a Birthday present. Love this bike. It was easy to assemble. This bike flies with pedal assist. It can also be used with no pedaling at all and goes so fast. Battery lasts a long time. I Can not say enough about this bike. I love it!!!!!

I ordered my Labrador right before Christmas not expecting a quick delivery but it came in faster than estimated. I was able to assemble quickly as well with the provided tools in the box, mase it so easy. I brought the bike to the deer camp the next weekend and put it through the paces riding the trails and hills with no issues at all. The following weekend I rode deeper into the woods and ran up on some debris that came in contact with the derailer. After this, the chain came off the gears and bound up not letting me use the pedal assist. I was able to unbind the chain and just ride it back to camp using the thumb throttle with no issues. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video on how to adjust the derailer. I have since been in contact and recommended a guard for the derailer, they took my recommendation under advisement. Overall I am very happy with how the fat tires perform on the uneven terrain and the bike itself is easy to operate. I have recommended to others and they have purchased one for themselves as well. We jokingly said we are starting a biker gang at the camp. (Two Thumbs Up)

Very happy with the bike. Excellent Customer service- checked in after delivery to make sure all was good!

The product was great and easy to assemble and service was great and answered all emails in a very timely manner highly recomend

I was apprehensive about making an electric bike purchase, especially on-line, but now I couldn’t be happier! My Puckipupoy Labrador has been changed the world for me and my dog who loves running along side as we explore the countryside. It was shipped carefully wrapped and was easy to assemble and learn to operate. I was astounded at the top speed I, as an older rider, was able to achieve and how comfortable the bike was ride. Best of all the power assist made climbing up hills, which were impossible for me on a standard bike, a snap. Customer service followed up with me to check after my purchase and resolved quickly the one issue I had, which was my own fault. Needless to say, I love my bike and love the comments I get from others about how sharp it looks. Daisy and I are big fans.
