PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

The Bike is amazing.

I purchased a Puckipuppy Boxer ST a year ago and absolutely love it! I just ordered another one, same bike but different color. These e-bikes are well built, comfortable and easy to ride. I have 1,000 miles on my first one with no issues

Recieved my Puckipuppy boxer st ebike in a timely manner. Assembly was very straightforward and easy (YouTube videos are available if you need help). Appears to be well built and sturdy. Had a couple minor operational questions for customer support that I submitted by email, and found customer service to be timely and very helpful. My reaction after my first ride was "significantly exceeds my expectations!" It impressed me enough that I'm going to get a second Puckipuppy ebike for my wife on her birthday.

Simple purchase transaction, easy to complete and buildout and decent suspension and when the program is digitally unleashed, the bike is super fun and enjoyable to ride and charges rather quickly. I recommend using YouTube to check out how to use all setting to unleash the bikes ability. Also, I raced dirt bikes and this is not a major trail style mtn bike which is what I purchased this for. But fun to ride the streets and simple trails.

I received my Puckipuppy Labrador as a Christmas gift and have truly enjoyed every single ride so far! I have taken it out on trail rides and even up a small mountain, and the bike tackled the terrain with ease. The dual suspension system is great for absorbing any off-road or uneven terrain challenges and makes for a pleasant riding experience. The 960-watt motor is plenty of power and I'm amazed at the bike's top speed with pedal assist. I'm extremely impressed with their Customer Service, as they have been incredibly responsive with some follow-up questions and a part replacement. I highly recommend this brand to anyone considering a high-quality e-Bike! -Happy Customer

It is my first time purchasing an E-bike, and I am so happy I went with the decision to buy from PuckiPuppy! The bike I had wanted did not say that it came with a rear rack or not, so I ordered it as an added on accessory. And come to my surprise when the bike arrived - it already had a rear rack installed on it! So I contacted PuckiPuppy and they immediately offered a full refund for my rear rack and said I could even keep the extra one as a spare! What great customer service! It was a nice surprise, and they were so easy to communicate with as well - which is always reassuring!

Heard about this company on FB and other social media sites. Ordered the Boxer ST for deer and turkey hunting purposes. Have ridden off road with this unit twice and have decked it out in hunting gear. Can't wait for the spring turkey season. Looking forward to putting a ton of miles on this bike. Had my father and hunting buddy both order one as well. Then customer service called to check in and offered me tons of upgrades. Very good customer service and friendly people.

I was looking for the ultimate hunting and personal use E-bike. And have buddies that have the best of the best and when I tell you, they regret buying what they did when they rode my Boxer. Suspension compared to others is spectacular, the craftsmanship, the range and etc. I can go on for days I will pick this brand E-bike again and again over all others. From the wet swampy terrain in Louisiana to the mountain terrain in Missouri and Tennessee this bike performs flawlessly! I love it and intend to get my wife one here soon!
