i bought the Boxer ST (step thru). to say i am happy w the bike is an understatement. glad i did the ST, a very, very solid frame. i went this way mainly because of the rear suspension, i have had lower back issues and this is great. had one minor issue w seat, but after a couple of emails this was resolved to my satisfaction. if you are considering a bike like this, i highly recommend

My wife and I have always been avid bike riders and both want to continue to ride into our later years. So, last year, we decided to look at E-bikes as a way to help us with that goal. After researching the many, many brands and bike types available, we settled on PUCKIPUPPY because they appeared to be a good compromise between quality and price. We chose the step-over Beagle for me and the step-through Samoyed for my wife. The bikes arrived as promised in well packed boxes. They required only minor assembly, which was very easy with the tools provided. Both bikes are beautiful and well made, and we have been very pleased with our choices. We received the bikes at the end of summer last year (2024) and had fun riding them through the fall until winter set in. Now we are getting out again as the weather improves. The bikes are equipped with 7-speed Shimano derailleurs and can be ridden as a conventional bike without assist (although they are much heavier than a standard bike), or by using the power assist modes. There is also a thumb throttle that can be used to activate the motor when not peddling. The easy-to-read LCD displays are mounted at the center of the handlebars and give you all the information that you need during your ride such as battery life, MPH and distance. When pushing it hard, I have been able to reach 30+ MPH. With the 4” fat tires, front suspension and cushy seats, both bikes are very comfortable to ride and will go over just about any surface. We can't wait to join our friends this year for the Crater Lake Rim Ride; it should be fun! We have had only one warranty item so far, but the PUCKIPUPPY Customer Service has been responsive and easy to work with in resolving our issue. Overall, we have been very pleased and would recommend both the bikes and the brand.

My husband purchased the Golden Retriever and he loves it. I took it for a ride and I was hooked I needed my own. I recently purchased the Samoyed and I love it. We absolutely love our bikes. Can say enough about them. The quality is fantastic. The correspondence with the company is fantastic. Highly recommend Puckipuppy e-bikes.

After extensive research - in the fall of 2024 my son and I purchased a Puckipuppy Labrador. It looked like a solid USA company, a high performance bike that looked very tough (cool - it is beefy and strong looking) for a young man, and I loved the warranty and service terms and comments. And great service is what I have gotten. Since these bikes are a bit sophisticated - you have to expect some problems will happen. Recently we had a problem with a brake handle - Puckipuppy correctly diagnosed it, sent the parts with instructions, and within a few minutes we were back up and running again. Excellent company - I would buy from them again, 1st choice!

We purchased a Puckipuppy Labrador e-bike in May 2024. The bike was very easy to assemble. It is such a nice, smooth ride with a long lasting battery which makes it very reliable. It has more power than we expected. We loved it so much we put 1800 miles on it the first year! We have ridden the bike in the woods, in sand, on the road and on bike trails and it performs perfectly! We are impressed with the wonderful service the Puckipuppy company provides. You can not go wrong with Puckipuppy.

Customer service responds to all calls and emails.All products shipped in timely manner. I ordered the Labrador and after unboxing and assembly the product is very well built, although install directions are lacking. One must Google on internet for assembly advice.

Customer service, specifically Cat, cemented my decision to buy two bikes, accessories and a pet trailer! Truly fantastic customer service! I'm a small business owner and I wanted the best electric bike out there coupled with great customer service and I got it! A great company is only as good as the people who make it work! Very happy!
