PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

Puckipuppy has a great product and even greater customer service. My Boxer ST is everything I hoped for and more. It’s so comfortable. I’m 5’3” and it isn’t hard for me to get on and ride. The ride is so comfortable. The bike is fast and the pedal assist is what I was looking for as a person with asthma. I had an issue with my battery (my fault) and they stepped right up to help. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Besides making a great product (incredibly sturdy trike) their service is outstanding. I made a stupid assumption and they were kind about it. When I sent a photo of a tiny part of the left mirror assembly which had been broken in shipping, they immediately are sending complete replacements for both mirrors. That plus a nice person who took my initial order. Very impressive all the way around.

I love that I can ride with my family. These bikes are the coolest purchase I’ve made! As soon as we get home from our bike ride we can’t wait to go again. We hook up bike trailers behind us and haul our children. Our 8 year old is even able to keep up with us on the electric bikes- it’s just such fun. Thank you Pucki puppy for giving us such wonderful active family time together!

I purchased the boxer Puckipuppy on 04/18/2025 and it's been nothing but amazing. The longevity of the battery is outstanding comes with full front and mid shock. I use it for a commuter to work and back home. It comes with many extra accessories, I personally like the rear fender with the tail light when you break the light works perfect, it also comes with a bike cover and it's own personal lock. Definitely more accessories and I thought. It gets me up hills like nothing I really enjoy riding the boxer I got the metallic gray its beautiful. I highly recommend. I recommended it to one of my coworkers and he is in the process of buying one. The customer service is amazing they are quick to reply and are very helpful with my questions. I also recommend getting that extra battery it's always good to have another battery. Especially right now with the deal they got going on for purchasing any Puckipuppy you get an extra battery for only $99. I look forward to having the Puckipuppy boxer as my commuter for days to come. Thank you for making such a great ebike.

My wife and I both bought a Boxer ST and have throughly enjoyed riding. We love getting outdoors on our Puckipuppy bikes and riding the trails around our home. We have miles of paved trails which we have enjoyed. These bikes are comfortable and easy to become familiar with. The disk brakes have amazing stopping power which I can attest. We love these bikes.

I got 2 Labradors for me and my son. They are great bikes. They ride great. We use them in our neighborhood and on our hunting land they perform great in both places. Very pleased and I highly recommend.

All of my previous complaints about The customer service department have been addressed and resolved. I have always believed you can't judge a company that never has a problem because you don't know how they will handle one when it does occur. Puckipuppy has risen to the occasion and proven they value customer satisfaction as they did with me. I am grateful for their persistent attention until I was satisfied. Well done!!

Recently purchased the Puckipuppy Boxer ST ebike and I am loving it! We also purchased the extra battery( a just in case for long trips) and the accessory pkg. $99 each. Was really surprised with all the items in the accessory pack , particularly the pannier pack for the rear fender, phone holder, bottle cage, and covers An issue that i had with one item in the accessories was quickly addressed ( within 1 day) by customer support email. We were avid road bikers but are older now and need a little assist so we are looking forward to getting back out there!
