PuckiPuppy Did’t Last 15 miles
PuckiPuppy Did’t last 15 miles. I received the Ebike on 09.06.2024, and assembled it that day per the instructions. Today 09.14.2024 i took it for a ride and within 15 miles the motor started making a sound like crushed gravel in a bag. I own 3 other ebikes with no issues at all. Adventon is a much better bike. I’ve emailed and called but only could leave a message or received auto responses. At this point i could not recommend a Labrador, Boxer, or Beagle model, here is a video. In person it’s much louder. I have a YouTube video of it, you’ll have to search it as trust pilot does not allow links.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Paid for the bike and at 16 the bike still has not shipped! Spoke with customer service who was no help! The biggest problem is they seem to not care at all! So disappointing!
