This has been such a great company to work with! So happy my boyfriend found these bikes. We have the Boxer st . They are such a great riding bike! I love them. The customer service has been fantastic. They are quick to respond to any needs we had. I would highly recommend these bikes!

I really love the bike i got the Labrador pro and the torque sensor helps the motor respond alot faster than what you'd expect, and I've ridden on a couple of different ebikes (specialized turbo levo, and Scott strike e-ride) and the power I would say compared pretty well of course the Scott and specialized have higher end gearing and suspension and other things like that making them cost between 4-8 thousand dollars but for the price range it's at, it's definitely very good, range is pretty good, Ive been able to ride 29 miles using 50% of the battery on the 5th pedal assist mode. Me personally I use it as my transportation and it gets me everywhere I need to go in a reasonable amount of time, and the throttle assist works very well, if you try to do steeper hills whether it be throttle or PAS but on your average or typical hills it does pretty good, pedaling without any PAS is very hard do to the weight of the bike, and fat tires, paired with the 8 speed rear cassette, but that being said I'd definitely recommend for someone looking for a cheaper option to get around town and get where you need to without the cost of gas and insurance it's great, and reliable. Also the turning radius is actually pretty good despite having the 4 inch tires, it has a pretty good range of motion, and perks of it is while your riding you don't feel the weight of the bike that much, unless you don't use PAS or the throttle. I've ridden it about 170mi so far

Finally the weather cooperated and was able to get my first ride on my somoya, what a blast.Still weak from recently being in the hospital I was very happy that I was able to mostly use the throttle until I'm able to peddle more. Even tho I went about 5 miles up and down hills my power supply is still almost full.The most comfortable riding bike I've had .The accessory kit my husband put on all got used , my phone stayed put ,my cooler in my basket, I'm a happy puckipuppy girl ! Customer service is top notch and their response is very quick. The bikes are well built and easy to handle. They ride smooth and the suspension is a plus. I would recommend this brand to anyone who wants to get out and explore more.

Their service is excellent. They’ve been on the ball everytime I’ve asked questions or had problems with anything. I would recommend there electric bikes. Ride exceptionally amazing, shocks work perfect that you don’t feel bumps and has no problem going uphill or down the rough trails. Any problem I have had has been fixed in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything you guys do. Keep up the excellent work.

I purchased the Labrador and it is the best bike I’ve ever owned, well built, solid, and powerful … not to mention nice looking. I had nothing but great experiences with customer service as well, top notch. I highly recommend this bike and company.

Have had the Labrador for almost 6 months and it has been great! Bought the $99 accessory pack and it was loaded with goodies! Rides real good with the front and rear shocks and has plenty of motor for when you need assistance! Comfy seat, too! Highly recommend!
