Had my Labrador for over a year now, Awesome bike Had a popping noise in shock that drove me crazy. Call em up and they sent me a new one, problem solved. Glad to see a company that backs their warranty.

My Beagle has been flawless. I ride it to work daily around 30 miles round trip. Bike rides very smooth and seat is comfortable. Welds, paint, and finish are beautiful. The $99 accessory kit was a great deal. Highly recommend this bike!

Great product and excellent customer service. Purchased the Boxer ST and a Corgi about 10 months ago.Both are great bikes and have many miles on them and absolutely no issues.Highly recommend this company for great products and prompt service

We love our 2 boxers. They are comfortable to ride and so fun. We are now able to keep up with our middle aged kids on long rides and be more active overall. The customer service is great. Very responsive. Had a problem with an error code that they took care of by sending a replacement part quickly.

Started my interaction with PuckiPuppy by purchasing two Boxers, one of which was the st. Ended up buying two more Puckies that were the dual motor Golden Retrievers. I also purchased 4 additional 20Ah batteries as well as an upgraded gift package. All of these purchases happened during the Memorial Day and Father’s Day sales. The bikes are solid, clean, well built and designed machines. Don’t believe you could find a better bike at the price point (I looked). The customer service is prompt, accommodating, and resolute. If you have any issues they will resolve them. This company stands by its products and customers and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. What say you Kiki. S

I wasn't happy with one of the assesories to my newly purchased ebike I reached out to customer service they responded immediately they were professional and friendly and understanding to my needs and came up with a solution to my situation great customer service 👍

On April 24, 2025, I purchased my first e-bike; a Labrador Pro through Puckipuppy. I had done months of research, read reviews, and decided to select an e-bike from Puckipuppy. It was ordered with the accessory pack and extra battery. I received the accessory pack on May 1st and the Labrador Pro on May 2nd. I received numerous emails communicating with me about the arrival of the bike. I decided to go with an e-bike that required "some assembly" because my husband is very handy. It was fairly easy to assemble, and I was super excited to ride the bike. I have taken the e-bike out for many trips and really enjoy the ride. It is user friendly and has been ridden by my husband and me. We love the 0-5 assist mode and on average set the assist to 3. We had to purchase a seperate special bike rack for our SUV because we felt our old bike rack wasn't sturdy enough. It is my honor to write an honest review for Puckipuppy.

I strongly recommend this service! I encountered a problem with my seat, and I was impressed by their promptness and willingness to help. Even though the issue wasn’t covered by the warranty, they went above and beyond to assist me. I truly appreciate their incredible service and gracious approach!
