PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

I'm 65 and ridden a "push bike" most of my life and so enjoy cycling but at 65 I have to recognize that a push bike is getting harder to use so I thought "eBike...hmmm". I did my research and saw that Puckipuppy had a good reputation so I bought a Boxer. What an incredible machine! The sense of freedom of a pushbike again without the strain of a pushbike is great! I love the ease of use and freedom it give me. So much so that we bought a Corgi for my wife and she loves it! Thanks Puckipuppy for making some great machines!

I contacted customer support before I purchased the bike and had my answer within 24 hours. I purchased the Beagle and couldn't be happier it is built like a tank and more power than I need. Assembly was simple and i received the bike 3 days early. I was amazed at how many accessories they threw in the package. This is an amazing bike and looks sharp, I would recommend this to anybody looking for a bike that does not break the wallet. They even called me after I received the bike and asked if I had any problems or questions. you don't get that type of personal service anymore these day.

I purchased the Husky Plus. My husband said it was more work than expected to assemble but overall fairly easy. The bike is great and definitely worth the value. The best part of my experience was the support. When we experienced a concern with delivery and a missing part, they promptly responded with empathy and rectified the issue promptly. After sharing our experience with someone who purchased a different brand, I was even more thankful for the Customer Support Team at Puckipuppy. The other company did not respond favorably and promptly like Puckipuppy and the other person is still waiting for issues to be resolved over a month later while we're cruising along on our Puckipuppy Husky Plus.

I purchased two bikes during the Mother's day sale and loving our bikes. We had some issues with the bike chargers and phone holders. However, the customer service was prompt and resolved the issues quickly. The followup customer service was great!!

I purchased a Boxer e-bike from Puckipuppy and everything has worked flawlessly. Already have hundreds of miles on it on different terrain such as trails and road riding. I’d definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for an e-bike and the customer service has been very helpful and respond quickly.

My husband and I are super happy with our Corgi e-bikes and so far we can’t think of a thing that we don’t like about them. I had some questions about shipping after the ordering process but customer service clarified and answered each email within 24 hours or less The packaging was above and beyond and the bikes were pretty easy to assemble. They look really nice and we have had several compliments on them. The bikes are very easy to ride, super comfortable and the wide tires go through sand very easily. They are very powerful and so far we have ridden over 30 miles without any fear of running out of battery charge. The best part about our bikes is that we can bring our dogs along for the ride. Our small dog fits in the front basket and our large dog rides in a dog trailer which attaches perfectly to the frame of the bike which is pulled behind with no effort at all.

These bikes are rugged, built to quality standards and have excellent customer service. I love my Labrador!

I need a little assistance on riding my bicycle due to my wife love to cycle. Get up in age and having COPD didn’t help me in riding with the wife. I did a lot of research and found that the Puckipuppy was the best in quality, price and support. I ordered the beagle bicycle and I could be more happy with the ease of putting the bike together and the support I received with miner questions. Now we are back on track with staying in shape and with the little help I needed to keep up with the wife. It has changed and improved the way we are able to get out and enjoy life together.. Thank you Puckipuppy
