I would to thank Puckipuppy for contacting me when I wrote aboutmy experience with their company two years ago. They could not have been more helpful and walked us through several different things that could be the problem. It seems it wasn't such a big problem after all, and my Husky trike is working and I couldn't be happier. I should have been more persistent when I first contacted them regarding the experience in November 2024. They were patient and professional throughout this procedure. I am completely satisfied with the outcome. I would love to revisit this problem. If you have a way to try and get our Husky Puckipuppy tocharged I would be thrilled. I was surprised when I received a request to do a review on this product because it had been so long. Thank you so much for given me a chance at being able to use the bike. Please contact me as soon as possible. I purchased this for my husband in October 2024. I researched others for a couple of months before deciding on this one. My husband had terminal cancer. I thought this might help him get around our property and get outside a bit. He rode it twice for a short period of time. He passed on May 4, 2025. I haven't been able to get the bike to work since. The company sent me a new charger at no cost because it was under warranty. That didn't help, it still would not charge. They offered me a battery at a discount price so I bought it. That wasn't successful either. I'm not sure if I just got a lemon or what. I can't sell it cause it won't run. It's sitting in storage collecting dust.

The bike was packaged well. I felt it was pretty easy to assemble and Puckipuppy provided all the tools. The bike is really comfortable to ride and has a big seat with soft suspension. Looks well made. I use my bike for hunting so it gets abused. This one has held up well so far.

I researched several e-bikes and ended with Puckipuppy. We purchased two Labrador Pro'sand we ride these bikes multiple times a week. Can't say enough about why we are so satisfied and feel a sense of relief that a company out there actually gets customer service (before, during & after). Prior to my purchase I had several questions and all correspondence were answered quickly. For example, just two days ago, I submitted a part request, covered under warranty and Puckipuppy returned all correspondences in under 12 hours, they were friendly, professional, and provided solutions, not excuses. Well done Puckipuppy! When people comment about the look of our bikes, we pass on the look is only the start. They hold a charge for a LONG time, quality build, comfortable, and perform with excellence. Buy one of these!

The Bulldog is amazing, and lasts forever at top speed. I love my new bike, and would purchase again from them. Amazing quality, quick delivery, and I keep getting compliments on the style.

I read some pretty good reviews about the Puckipuppy brand. found a Samoyed on sale with an extra battery and a whole bunch of accessories. Too good a deal to pass up. It was some super sale, that being said, they have sales quite often. The bike came in a very sturdy cardboard (bike vault). took me 25 minutes to be carefully carve it out of the packaging. It was very well packaged. The bike itself is pretty dang cool. I put the front tire on, adjusted the seat hight to fit me. The handlebars took a minute, but I figured it out. I like the fat tires but manner they noisy.. This is my first E bike and my first bike in 40 years. Everything was pretty intuitive, but I had to go to YouTube to find out how to run the computer. It's not real clear in the instructions that come with the bike. That would be something that could be improved on. Customer Service for me was really good. They said my new bike would get here in a week and it got here in a week, and I asked for a part to be replaced. It was damaged during assembly and they said it'll be here in a week and it was here in a week. The bike rides really smooth, shift smoothly. I have the acceleration set lower to conserve battery, but I did crank it up once, that things got some definite zip. I went back to the lower settings. The battery range is really good. The first trip I took. I did 20 miles and came back with half a battery and I used the throttle button quite a bit. Where I live, there are quite a few hills. The seat is comfortable. The handlebars are really adjustable and I like the grips, they're wide. I like the rear rack and the bags that came with the accessory pack. I wish the headlamp was a little more sturdy. But it's definitely bright enough. Took it out for a midnight ride the first day I got it. The disc brakes have very good stopping power. Keeping your brake rotors clean keeps them quiet. And there's something about breaking in Brakes, but I'm not sure what that is. I have no knowledge in that department. I just know the bike stops really well and it goes really well too. I'm quite pleased with my purchase. The bike is built well and is very robust. I'm 225#. No complaints on performance. I live in a suburban area and for me the bike checks all the boxes. Gotten quite a few compliments already, riding the bike trails. Just my two cents.
