PUCKIPUPPY BIKESReviews of puckipuppy.com

I have the bulldog in it is everything as advertised. Comfortable ride, high-quality product with great range.

Truly good customer service. The directions were straight forward. It runs and rides like a champ. I ride 9 miles from 3000 ft to 5300 feet and this bike gets me there in about an hour on and uses at most two bars of battery. Its a tough bike and i love it

I bought the model Alaska, the etrike arrived on time, it was really easy to assemble and works Great!

What an amazing company, with great products and amazing customer service!! I’d recommend these bikes to anyone!

I purchased a Beagle from Puckipuppy in May of 2025 and I've been super impressed by the whole experience. The bike itself is solid. It's not some wimpy mountain bike that someone slapped a motor on. It is thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. I hadn't ridden a bike in years, but I feel very safe riding at even the highest speed. I ride it to work almost every day. I'm about 5' 11" and have no issue getting on, but if my wife (5'5") or kids were to buy one, I'd recommend a step through model for them. Assembling the bike took a little bit of time, but wasn't difficult. It came with all the tools and necessary parts. I did have an issue attaching one of the accessory parts, but found the information I needed on the Puckipuppy Bikes YouTube channel. Overall, I would recommend Puckipuppy. I've had a great experience and the price was reasonable for the product and service you get in return.

First of all, my new Golden R Ebike arrived on time and the packaging is so well made, shipping from California to Maryland was superb! The bike was packaged with so much protection and care...no issues whatsoever! Assembly was straightforward with the help of the user's manual and available videos! This ebike is SO WELL MADE...down to every detail..from seat to pedals! It is a dream to ride with the 4" wide all-terrain tires. I live 5 minutes from the Great Allegheny Passage Bike Trail which connects Cumberland, MD with Pittsburgh, PA and this bike is IDEAL for my exploration and riding pleasure! Thanks for a great product and great customer service!

Had an issue with my new Puckipuppy Labrador Pro.Contacted Puckipuppy. Quick to respond. They had a few recommendations, but didn't resolved the problem. Then asked for video of defect. They sent out a replacement part. Shipped right away. Very happy as a new Puckipuppy customer, knowing they responded and stand behind their products. Recommended Puckipuppy to my sister as she liked my new Labrador Pro, and is looking to purchase an ebike.

My girlfriend and I purchased a Samoyed and a Labrador. We have put over 300 miles on them this summer. The bikes have been great until I snapped a bolt while checking to make sure they were all tight. Puckipuppy returned my email sooner than I thought and were very easy to work with to get the part I needed.
