I recently purchased the Puppypuppy Labrador e-bike, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The build quality is outstanding — solid, well-made, and clearly designed to handle a variety of terrains and weather without any trouble. It feels just as comfortable on long rides as it does for short trips around town, and the thoughtful design makes every ride a pleasure. Overall, I highly recommend the Puppypuppy Labrador to anyone looking for a dependable, comfortable, and well-supported electric bike. It’s an excellent investment that’s brought me nothing but joy.

My husband and I both have Labradors. We have been riding them for almost a year in different weather conditions, and they are impressive. They hold the road reliably and the battery lasts for an entire day of riding (on paved trails- mostly flat terrain). We had an issue with a back brake but the customer service was excellent. They responded promptly and sent us the replacement parts. It was easy to replace and we were back out riding within a week. We have recommended Puckipuppy to many friends and at least three bought bikes and are very satisfied. Great company!

First off I have a fair amount of mountain bike experience and I am a certified level one mountain bike guide. I currently ride 3 to 4 times a week at least 10 to 15 miles per ride. One great thing about the bike is that I’ve had it over a year and have had great experience riding the bike through all four seasons with all sorts of weather conditions. I’ve had no problems with the bike, except for one minor adjustment for the rear sprocket, which only took me less than five minutes to fix by adjusting the knob that lines up the gears. This bike is not a full downhill mountain bike that you’re going to do big jumps, but it is wonderful for trail riding and street riding and I’m assuming it would be great on the beach. I live in a mountain community, which has lots of hills and it has been lots of fun up and down and riding on the flats along with backwards to track roads. For the cost of the bike, it is a great value. Another great thing about the bike is that I can hop on it in a moment and get out on the road in the matter of minutes and warm up and then go to more difficult climbing heels. I do recommend if you are going to purchase a new bike from Puckipuppy is to purchase the extra battery when it is offered when you purchase the bike and of course get some fenders to put your battery and close in wet conditions. Have fun riding and stay healthy. Wear your helmet.

My wife and I are in our 60's and have never owned an electric bike. We purchased 2 Boxer ST and have been riding them now for 6 months and they have been working flawlessly. We are enjoying them so much. They were such a great value with the free bike rack and all the accessories. The top speed was 33 MPH on a straight flat road. I wish the bike had 1 more higher gear because as you get over 25 MPH the peddling doesn't help much. We took them camping for 4 days at Cape Cod and rode them all over and the batteries held up without a charge so the batteries last a good long time. The seat is very comfortable and the ride is smooth with the front and rear shocks. They are a little heavy for my wife but she does ok with them. I'm glad I went with the fat tire as the ride is better and no worries in hitting any sand patches. I can't say enough good things about the company. They are responsive to any e-mails and questions and they have great customer service. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give them a 9.5

What a fantastic company! I wish all retailers were as prompt, friendly and efficient as Puckipuppy. The Corgi arrived on time along with the accessories. I thought an item was missing, contacted customer service, and two days later received a shipping notification for another item…and they were so nice about it unlike other companies that make you take pictures and “prove” it. Turns out the missing item was merely missed so I refuse the replacement and informed customer service who then thanked me for my generosity. Yes, thanked me. As for the Corgi…so easy to put together. This is my fourth ebike so believe me when I say it was easy as I have experienced difficult. This is my fourth ebike because all the others were either too small or too big, the Corgi is just right and super fun to ride…accelerates quickly with lots of pep…maneuvers well and the suspension is awesome. Highly recommend.

My wife and I ordered the Boxer. It came just as promised. The packaging was excellent, I was very surprised at how well they were protected. My wife and I love how these bikes ride! They are well built and we feel safe riding them. Puckipuppy customer service is amazing. We have contacted them a couple times and they always respond and resolve the issue. This is the kind of company that will last a long time! The one time we contacted the company about a few scratches, they were in contact with us right away and quickly resolved the issue.
