Delivery took less than a week. Assembly was straight forward, YouTubes helped with that (pause and magnify steps for finer details) Quality is above what I expected and build is quite robust for our purposes. For commuting around the RV park and touring some of the local 2 track roads these seem to be quite sufficient. Seats are comfy, pedals are grippy, accessories are higher quality than I expected for the price. Most of the tools required for assembly are provided. The Golden R required a thin wall socket for proper access to the axle nut on one side, and I'd recommend using a torque wrench and thread locker on fasteners that don't already have it applied. (Many already have it.) The wife's Corgi is larger than you'd expect, she only raises the seat a few inches to get the leg extension she needs and she's 5'6". The Golden R is a tall bike to get on for me at 6'2", 250, but not bad even for an old guy. The dual motor boost is a game changer on the back roads, haven't had to get off and walk it yet. All in all, these are fine vehicles for us and fun to ride.

Recently purchased two of the Boxer STs. So far so good. Assembly went well, though instructions might be a little vague for someone not familiar with bike assembly. Bikes appear to have plenty of power and to be of good quality. Customer service has also been very positive. Can’t wait to try them out on our upcoming beach trip.

The quality of this product first and foremost is amazing! The Labrador Pro looked great on the website but the actual received product was above expectation. Responses to our inquiries were complete, timely, and friendly (Cat, Zero).

We purchased the Beagle 2 and the Beagle 2 ST. Along with our ebikes we took advantage of the 2 extra batteries for $49. The gift package valued at $499 was also a positive perk. The delivery was great, as the driver backed his truck up our driveway and placed both (very heavy) boxes inside our garage. The assembly was simple, directions were very comprehensive. With my brother's help we had both bike's assembled in an hour. Incidentally my brother had purchased to ebikes the week prior to buying ours. He purchased his from a local retailer. He was very impressed with the quality of our Puckipuppy bikes. He paid almost two thousand dollars more for his pre-assembled bikes, and had many issues. My wife and I love our Puckipuppy ebikes, they have opened up our world again. We were both very active people, well into our mid 50's we were riding almost daily and working out on a regular basis. An on the job injury limited my ability to walk. My wife also declined, having to care for me, which limited her ability to get out and about. Our Puckipuppy bikes have gotten us outside again, improving not only our physical health but our mental health as well. Prior to writing this review, I read all the negative reviews. Our experience has been excellent! Customer service via email has been responsive and an absolute joy to work with. We feel like they have been responsive to our requests in a very personalized manner. We were missing 3 plastic caps that cover the nuts that hold the tires in place. One email and we received not only what we requested but an extra package of 4. I have emailed their customer service twice with a couple of requests. Their next day response was appreciated. They are very open to customer input and are thankful for our business. We could not be any happier with our purchase and we feel appreciated by their company. Thank you Puckipuppy! I purchased the Boxer and I love it! I'm 6'10" 260 lbs and this bike still gets me around just fine. I use it literally every day. Comes with a 2 year warranty too! 2 of my friends bought one as well after riding mine. 10/10.

I received my bike in timely fashion and love it. Had an issue with something little and Costumer rep Jane did a wonderful job and fixed my issue

We recently purchased a Boxer and Boxer ST , the delivery date was right on time, assembly was really simple and basic and having the necessary tools supplied was plus. These bikes are very durable and well made from a quality standard point. We have minimal hours on the bikes at the moment but so far so good 👍 the bikes handle extremely well are plenty fast enough for us! The wife comes back smiling after every ride, we love the bikes 🙂
