Puckipuppy customer service is wonderful! I received my two Boxer STs and bike rack last Friday. We out the bikes together and realized that the bike rack would not hold our two bikes as they were both walk through and the rack only came with one support bar. I emailed customer support on Friday and they immediacy responded to my Email and they are sending an additional support bar at no charge so we can carry the two bikes. I highly recommend this company!

First of all I love my Labrador model. I use it for my commute to work daily which is back country roads. Its about 6 miles up and down some decent hills. It holds a great speed up hills even without pedaling. Second, I have a single track trail system behind my house in Butler PA. The Labrador is approved by it ratings. I so love getting out in the woods. The adjustable pedal assist makes it great for those trails. Third, I unfortunately did have an electric problem that was my own fault when washing. Too much pressure. Puckipuppy's support got me fixed up right away. The color coded plugs and easy connectors was an easy fix. Thank you so much. Im actually scouting for my next bike to purchase from this company. God bless your staff and thank you for everything. I wish I could get a Go Pro to show what all I get into.

Their bikes are easy to put together and well made. The bikes are mostly street legal and fun to ride they can handle off road and street riding and the battery lasts a good amount of time. I’ve had mine for a few months and it hasn’t broke down or had any technical problem. It comes with lots of accessories to make your ride safer and more comfortable like a brake light and a front headlight that doubles as a horn. I would definitely recommend a gear bikes if your looking for something comfortable, easy, and great for a daily ride.

I ordered my first Puckipuppy Boxer ST in August of ‘25. I absolutely love this bike, so much so, that I just ordered another Boxer ST so that when family or friends visit I can share the pleasure of riding. I live in rural MT so just dirt, gravel and hard pack. The shock system is incredible, the seat comfortably and handling is a breeze. I definitely recommend this bike.

The assembly process was reasonable and the bike rides very well. Great distance capability and load carrying capacity. I was concerned that the handle bars might have too much play, but they work great.
