We bought our Puckipuppy a year ago and have been so grateful we did. The bike has been so much fun for our family and when I’ve had questions or needed parts or service, the company has been wonderful to work with. They are highly responsive, so helpful and kind. For the customer service alone I would recommend a Puckipuppy bike. But, the bike itself is great! We ride nearly every day.

Service is key: This is the third bike that I have purchased and the first from PuckiPuppy. Buying a bike is the easy part, in my opinion; the servicing is the most important! I chose Pucki Puppy based on my experience with bike mechanics' after-sales support. After assembly, I was initially a bit concerned when I called for a part replacement, as I was only able to leave a voicemail. "To my surprise, within 5 minutes, I received a call back, and my issue was resolved".

My new puckipuppy boxer is solidly built with quality components. The welds are hardly noticeable. As such, the e-bike is very heavy variously reportedly between 68-84 pounds depending whether carrying battery. This makes loading the bike difficult, especially since their ramp (sold separately) is only 3.5” wide (bike has 4” tires). Because the full suspension pivot point is located at the base of the step thru frame, it is more difficult to get on and off. The ride is smooth and comfortable, but there is a bit of lag when using the throttle. Overall a very well made and satisfying e-bike that is mostly well suited for off road rides, but does well on pavement. If offered the accessory package or extra battery for $99, go for the battery (the accessory package mostly cheap crap).
