Ordered a Rottweiler trike through Amazon. Shipping was fast although the two packages came on different days. Build quality is good. Extras are great and got a front basket, water bottle and phone holders, even a helmet.

After procrastinating since I first discovered the Puckipuppy Husky Plus back in July of 2024. I told myself I would buy this etrike when I retire. I was 59 at the time. In March of this year I couldn't wait any longer. I had to have it! Very exciting the day it arrived! I purchase the Red Color. Everyone at work loved it. I never rode a trike before. I wasn't sure what I had gotten myself into? I did have a problem with the seat post, but Puckipuppy sent me a new one very quickly. Of my 3 ebikes this is my favorite. I love to ride it in my hometown of Clearlake, Ca. I get a lot of questions from people, and a lot of thumbs up. I found in my area the roads can be bumpy or have pot holes you need to slow down. With all the extended battery power I cruise this bike, only pedaling when nessasary. I have never had a problem with running out of battery power. I have had the motor drive chain come off when I have come across an area that has a very ruff surface or pot holes. I found that you can adjust the tension on the chain yourself. There are 2 adjustment bolts under the rear basket. The smoother the pavement the better the ride. Always do a pre ride check on this bike or any bike, and you should be problem free. Always, always stop at Stop signs. The great thing about this trike is you can stop and keep your feet on the pedals. I'm on the heavy side, and this trike will handle a load of 500 lbs. It came with a complementary front basket, cargo strap, helmet, water bottle holder, rearview mirrors, and a phone holder. If anything always have a left side rearview mirror so you can see what's approaching you from behind. I use cargo nets on both the rear, and front baskets. I was surprised to discover that this trike has cruise control! That is a real cool function to use, just set it and cruise... One last thing, all ebikes I have I add "Slime" at the proper rate per tire. If you live in an area with a lot of "Goat Heads" you'll thank yourself when you find one stuck in the wheel, and your still inflated. Over all the trike frame is foldable, but a very strongly constructed, and if you have never rode a trike before, give yourself the time to adjust to it. You won't regret it. 5 stars all the way for this trike!

We've had our Puckipuppy bikes (Boxer & Corgi) for almost 10 months, and we absolutely love them. I recently ordered some accessories for my Boxer, and needed to contact customer service regarding proper fitment. They were very responsive and helpful. Shipping was also very fast.

The shipment of the bike was quick and assembled easily. Great bike for the money and rides extremely well. Would recommend this bike to anyone.

My brother and i purchased the base model Labrador after my last Rad Power bike was stolen from a bike shop in repair. The immediate and glaringly obvious upgrade between bikes was the rear suspension. When a bike only has front suspension, get ready to get booty catapulted into the sky each major bump. The Labrador, however, is wonderful smooth and agile especially having large 4in Fat Tires ripping through Mother Nature below. This thing is a beast. The fact that they released a more powerful Labrador 2.0 makes me wonder who needs such power. If you put the base Labrador model on Power lvl 3, that thing is cooking you to 20 mph pretty much instantly, so i typically only ride power lvl 1, or 2 if im being a lazy and fat man. I dont even know why a PL or 4 or 5 is neccessary, since 3 can already be too much. A great value too, no outside warranties (Rad Power outsourced it, not good). For $1500, i had everything i needed. One downside is their user manual. Ill admit i can tell a non technical writer is who wrote it, and leaves much to be desired in terms of housing useful information. There is no breakdown of error codes. But they are reading this review so they will definitely (maybe) take a look at potential improvements in the emaciated technical manual manual

Great product, I purchased the Rotwiller e-trike and love it. I use my e-trike mainly for scouting deer and hogs in the Florida Forest Management Areas for permit hunts. The e-trike with the fat tires handle the trails with ease, safely and comfortable ride with the dual suspension. Very sturdy frame the large front and rear baskets allow me to caring my gear with plenty of water for these hot days we have in the summer months. I also ride around town on city streets. Customer service is outstanding very responsive, positive when emailed a concern or question. This is my second PUCKIPUPPY the first being the Labrador e-bike. The products and customer service is why I would recommend PUCKIPUPPY.
