Very easy to put together, a fantastic ride! I really have fun riding this trike, my daughter gets into the rear basket and just enjoys the wind in her face and sometimes tries to fall asleep!!

We bought property and 2 bikes came with the property. They we just 3 months old. One didn’t work. I contacted them and though it took multiple parts we got it fixed. Not one did they give me the run around. Great experience. This was from March - Oct of 2025.

I notified Puckipuppy Support about broken display handlebar clamps on my GoldenR. Their response was immediate and a new/replacement Display: Labrador/Boxer/Boxer ST/GoldenR/Bulldog/Laborador pro was sent to me extremely quickly and without question. Received the replacement part within 4 days. Amazing customer support!! Thank you very much!!

Great e-bike at a great price! I purchased the Corgi model back in March of 2025 and I have over 1400 miles it already. I use it to commute to work some days and other days just ride. The cruise control feature is awesome!!!! Love this e-bike and highly recommend !!! Customer service is awesome as well. Quick responses and a company that stands behind their product. Had an issue with the rear rack bag and battery charger that was quickly taken care of with no hassle!

Great bike and company. I got a Labrador model and it’s been great. My family enjoyed taking it on the trails and on longer cruise rides. We have put approximately 300 miles on it already since purchasing it earlier this year.
