I love everything about my experience with purchasing a Puckipuppy Boxer st. The customer service is second to none. The representative I was speaking to during the shipping process was a great lady by the name of Cat. She is a total professional. Cat made my buying experience a breeze. Now as for my Boxer, I love this bike, I am 237 lbs and the bike does not know i am on it! Shifts like butter, plenty of torque and the ride is very soft on my old bones. The Golden R is an absolute work horse. I bought two for hunting in the Big Cypress National Preserve and they work great for getting way back in the woods. I work as a Land Surveyor and today I surveyed 2 sections in the Everglades. These bikes took me places I didn't imagine they could. I'm talking cane grass as tall as I am. Dry mud pits 3 feet deep and I just cruised over the top. As soon as I stepped off I sunk to my thigh. It made an absolute miserable hike into a manageable bike ride. We put these bikes through a torture test I doubt they were intended for and they made it through it just fine.

I purchased the Beagle 2 back in November, went to turn the bike on and would not power on. I emailed support with the issue. Received an email regarding the issue with step by step check list and to submit videos and pictures to help diagnose the problem. Had a response in a timely manner with information about the issue and they informed me parts are being sent to fix the problem. Customer service 10/10
