E bike was a great value. High quality and super comfortable. The only draw back I have found is the weight is a little heavy. Other than that it is a great bike.

The huge motor and the dual-battery system are incredibly efficient, providing amazing power even when towing my “DOGS” 🐶❤️. I love that I can charge both batteries directly through the frame—it's a high-performance, efficient beast! As a devoted owner, safety is my priority, and this trailer is a secure metal-framed fortress for my pack. I had some safety concerns, and “CAT “ were spectacular—they addressed my questions perfectly and helped me resolve everything quickly. Also, the shipping was incredibly fast! They were professional and efficient. Highly recommended!"

We love our bikes, but on a recent trip one of the screens died, which meant the electric part of bike didn’t work. Came home and reported it to customer support, and after a few pics and questions, we received a new screen and buttons within days through warranty. It was quick and painless. Great customer service and standing behind their products. That’s a real sign of a great company.

Puckipuppy kept me informed on my pre-order. My Poodle ebikes arrived earlier then expected. Communication was great. Since my husband was working extra hours when the ebikes arrived, I got started with assembling the ebikes myself. Directions were easy to follow and I got them properly assembled! We are enjoying our Poodles very much. Thank you! Lena Zimmerman
