The site manager, Mike Peter, was extremely responsive and helpful! We were having difficulty with our lock and he stepped right in to help

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Alexis at the Princess Anne Road Branch the week of the 12th this month. I must say that she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and suggestive in a manner that displayed a high concern for customer interest, and ensuring I secured the best unit to meet my needs. I felt very comfortable talking with Alexis. As a young person, she seems very intelligent, and willing to provide the best in customer service. My name is Larry Baker of unit C16. Unfortunately I have not been able to move things into my unit yet, however, upon my return, I look forward to seeing Alexis and her friendly smiles, which made me feel welcomed as a customer and glad to receive her assistance. On Nov 3,2019 I rented a unit . The person that helped me JoVaghn was very nice and knowledgeable. He was also very professional.
